These terms apply to any use of the bookora.beauty platform, published by Lyrify Studio LLC (see the legal notice).
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the booking platform and the payment of a deposit to listed providers, in salon or at home.
Deposit and payment
Deposit payments are processed by FiveOne Pay, a third-party payment provider, via Mobile Money (MVola, Orange Money, Airtel Money). No bank data is stored by the platform.
Cancellation and refunds
Applicable cancellation and refund rules are shown at booking time and may vary by provider.
Liability
The platform connects clients and providers; delivery of the service itself is the provider's responsibility.
