Delete your Bookora account
This page explains how to request the deletion of your Bookora account and its associated data. Bookora is an app published by Lyrify Studio LLC.
From the app
Open the Bookora app, go to the “More” tab, then tap “Delete my account” at the bottom of the screen. Enter your password and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
From the website
Sign in on bookora.beauty, open “Settings”, then “Delete my account” at the bottom of the page. Enter your password and confirm.
Without access to your account
Write to contact@bookora.beauty from your account's email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We process the request once we have verified that it comes from you.
Before deleting
Deletion is only possible once your wallet is empty, no payout is in progress, no appointment is upcoming and no dispute is open. The app tells you what remains to be settled.
Data deleted
Your email address, name, phone number, address, password, two-factor authentication settings, identity documents, saved sessions and devices, notifications, and your access to other accounts' establishments. Your establishments stop being visible and can no longer receive bookings.
Data kept
The history of appointments, payments and payouts of your establishments is kept without your identity, for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require. Payouts already made keep the Mobile Money number and account holder name used, as an accounting record.
Clients without an account
Booking with a provider does not create an account. To have the data of a booking deleted (name, phone, email), write to contact@bookora.beauty.
