One person, one agenda: Booking someone for one service makes her unavailable for all the others — it is the same agenda. A qualified colleague who is free stays bookable at that same hour.
On the schedule without an account: An employee can appear on the schedule with no email and no access to the app: the common case, where you enter her hours yourself. Granting access is a separate decision.
Rights per person: A receptionist runs the agenda without seeing the money; a bookkeeper sees payments without touching the schedule. Each role carries its permissions, and you change them without calling us.
